- Input your email address and company name.
- Click 'Register as a supplier'.
- Read our 'Terms of Use' and 'Private Policy' and accept.
- Type in the government you'd like to receive free notification from, or search by state. Once you've found it, click the radial next to it to select.
- Click Next.
- Type in the government you'd like to receive free notification from, or search by state. Once you've found it, click the radial next to it to select.

Search for your services by keyword like 'highway' or 'art' to select commodity codes to add to your account. Select the codes that are relevant to you.
- Click Continue.
- Choose a subscription, or choose 'Continue without adding subscriptions' for your free government account.
- If you choose to upgrade, select your counties and click Next.
- Choose a subscription, or choose 'Continue without adding subscriptions' for your free government account.
- Click Continue.
- Click 'Skip Getting Notifications'.
- Fill out your contact information, and the company's physical address.
- Click 'Finish Registration'
- If you've selected a subscription, click 'Go to Checkout' and complete your payment.
- An email will be sent for password set up to your email address provided.
