How to Submit a Free and Fast eBid Response on DemandStar

  1. Click on the title of the solicitation.
  2. Click the Submit eBid Proposal button found on the bid details page.
  3. Check your company information and input your bid amount, or a zero as a placeholder.
  4. Click the Next button.
  5. Add each required document.
    1. Choose the Submission Option as Online/Electronic.
    2. Then click 'Choose a file' to upload the document from your computer.
    3. Add any supplemental documents below if applicable.
  6. Click the 'Upload All' button.
  7. Click the Next button.
  8. Review your eBid inputs here, as well as your documents.
  9. Click 'Submit Response'.

Once you have successfully completed and submitted your eBid you can go to the Responses tab and check to make sure the following two things have changed:

  • The status shows complete.
  • The agency required documents all documents listed have a green circle indicating a successful upload.

This means you have successfully completed your eBid response on DemandStar! You can return or edit your response in the same way, until the bid due date.
